Upgrading or Downgrading Plans
- You can upgrade your plan at any time from
/dashboard/usage. Upgrades take effect immediately, and unused pro-rated time on your previous tier is automatically credited toward the new tier. - Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Adding Team Members & Concurrency Limits
Higher subscription tiers unlock increased parallel job execution concurrency:
- Starter: 2 concurrent jobs
- Pro: 6 concurrent jobs
- Enterprise: Unlimited custom concurrency clusters
Invoices & VAT/GST Tax Receipts
Invoices are generated automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can add your company name, VAT/GST registration number, and billing address under Workspace Settings > Invoices.
