Glossary

Terms as they are used in the product. Where a word means something narrower here than in general usage, that is called out.

A single generation tool — Talking Head, Shots, Music. Apps share one credit balance, one asset library and one job queue. “App” never refers to the BeHooked product as a whole.

A saved bundle of reference assets — characters, products, palettes, fonts — attached to generations so output stays visually consistent.

The unit of billing. One balance spends across every app. Cost varies by app, model and parameters; the exact charge is shown before you generate. Deducted on completion, not submission — a job that fails on our side is not charged.

One run of one app producing one output set. The billable event.

A queued unit of server-side work. Durable: closing the tab does not cancel one. A generation is a job; so is an export or an upscale.

The specific engine running inside an app. Most apps offer several with different speed, cost and quality. Switching models changes what a prompt means — a prompt tuned on one is not automatically tuned on another.

A single step in a Nodeflow workflow. Takes inputs, produces outputs, connects to other nodes by edges. Each node that generates bills its own credits.

A container for related generations and their assets, inside a workspace. The unit you search and organise by.

The text describing the desired output. Distinct from parameters, which are the numeric and enumerated controls beside it — resolution, duration, seed.

The number initialising a generation’s randomness. Same seed plus identical inputs reproduces an output; changing it produces a variation. Use it to hold a result steady while changing one other thing.

The billing and permission boundary. Owns the credit balance, member list and projects. A user may belong to several; credits never move between them — switch between them from the workspace switcher in the dashboard.
